Teacher grades influence and reflect how well a teacher has learned in courses designed to become a teacher (Orphanos). The study showed that different types of teacher qualities can influence how a student learns and achieves. Some teachers teach verbally and most students see an improvement in their understanding of the teacher. Other students learn differently, such as learning visually by looking at something or taking special notes. It is the teacher's job to make sure to find a way that is useful and understandable for students. The quality that determines which technique to use to help the student is based on the teacher and his or her observation of seeing how students learn best. “Some scholars agree that it is not what teachers do but what they accomplish that matters” (qtd.in Eisenberg). When teaching as a primary or secondary school teacher, it is more difficult for a student to actually care and work hard towards an academic achievement. It makes it harder for the teacher to reach students, but when working for so long and using different techniques to teach students, teachers don't need to have an advanced degree to achieve that goal. Sometimes it's challenging, but that's part of teaching, there are times when it's a bad day and things don't go the way they're supposed to, but no matter what, a teacher will wake up the next day and go to their job
