I. INTRODUCTION1. The Philippine Military Academy, as a premier military institution in Southeast Asia, is mandated to produce quality military officers and effective leaders for the Philippine government. Therefore, recruiting cadets for the Academy is no simple undertaking. Cadet candidates are screened and subjected to various recruitment requirements to determine their suitability for the academy. More often they are called “la crème de la crème”.2. Once accepted into the academy, cadets undergo both military and academic training to sharpen them for their roles as future military officers. They are exposed to rigorous training for developing their stamina, stamina and physical characteristics. Their character also develops as they go through different training requirements within the academy. They have been engaged in various training courses which will help them to be better. Cadets follow a daily schedule in which they wake up early, make their beds, clean their rooms and get dressed for the wake-up call. Since they are full of homework, they have limited time to do their personal things. This, however, will help them develop stability under pressure, and despite the limited time, they will still be able to work towards their obligations, prepare for their personal things and even for the next duty, both according to military training requirements and military training requirements. academics.
