Being pregnantDuring my adolescence I always managed it. I had security, support from my family and other things. When I turned 16 I discovered something that would change my life forever, I was pregnant. As a teenager I was anorexic, so I had trouble gaining weight. If I had gained just a little weight, I would have gone on a crash diet (eating nothing for a period of time) until I lost the weight I had gained. For a period of time I had gone through a period of doing nothing but eating. My mom started asking questions and I told her everything was fine; I was just going through one of my hungry periods. My uncle had accidentally dropped me on a concrete block, resulting in an injury to my tailbone. So for the rest of my life my tailbone would freeze where I couldn't move or it just hurt all the time. The moral of this part is that when I was 16 my tailbone froze and my mother and brother took me to the hospital. I never knew this would be a turning point in my life. The doctor took x-rays to find out what was wrong and then sent us home telling us he would call us if anything abnormal appeared. Later that day we were all watching television when the phone rang. Little did I know that what he was about to tell me would lead to the actions I would have to take. I answered the phone and it was the doctor. He kept telling me that the x-rays were fine except for one thing, and the words he said to me had me stumped ...
