Summary:In the modern world it is very important to understand the terms “globalization” and “culture”. Globalization is a process that involves changes in natural human life. In other words we can call them changes in the culture of that particular human being or any other particular group. The culture of a particular group or person mainly tells about the life of a person or person, living traditions, historical values, religious issues in that particular social system. So we could say that culture is a subsystem within a larger social system. Nowadays every modern critic usually thinks about globalization and the effects of globalization on culture. It has a positive effect on the culture or it has a negative effect on the culture. So it is very important to understand what is global culture? and how it is affecting social life, political life etc. To see how the world has globalized here we compared three different eras and looked at the effect of globalization on culture. Globalization is nothing but interaction, integration, exchange of opinions and other aspects of culture. It is very important to diffuse any matter from one party to another. If we look at the modern world we could easily say that it is modernized or in other words globalized. Globalization helps us see different cultures, social activities and cultural divisions around us. The author discussed three different examples from different periods, from the 12th century to the current 21st century, to show how globalization shows effects on culture. In the first example, the author of Ebstorf's Mappa Mundi provides an example of a particular culture's views on birth and their belief in God's creation of humanity. Every culture in... middle of paper......develops. But the original impact of globalization manifests itself on culture in some particular aspects. So each place is different from the other in terms of culture and habitat. So it is very important that each culture or ethnic group adapts. In my opinion, globalization is very beneficial as long as it does not damage major cultural activities. Bibliography:1. J. Tomlinson 1999: Globalization and culture.2.
