My pacifiers would be music and football. They influence me in a positive way and take away my fear and pain. These two elements help me forget all the bad that happens in life, they help me face the fears I have about the future. They make me feel good and make me forget that anything can go wrong. When I listen to music I lose my sense of the real world and focus on the lyrics. Other times, when I'm feeling down, some songs give me the energy to motivate me to get up and do something with my life. Football relieves all the stress, it's the perfect time to let it all out. The adrenaline coursing through my veins made me play as if it were my last game ever. Once on the pitch it's as if I'm already healed, my attention is entirely on the ball and the game. All the fear is gone, all the emotional pain is gone. It's just me, the game, and the beautiful sound called music. While others may not have the same healing options as me, they may still describe a similar reaction with their choice
