*Dojo or tokens are distributed regularly to students for following rules and expectations. Using tokens will also make my daily work easier because I can use tokens when I need a student to, for example, run irregular errands, carry something across the room, participate in role-playing, etc. after collecting a specific number of tokens, students will receive a price: school supplies, sticker, small trinket or candy (if school policy allows), reading time, computer time. **The golden thumbs up is consistent with school policy. The entire class can earn it for exceptionally good behavior and is awarded by staff members. After collecting ten rewards, students can take an extra break on Friday or they can bring their toys and have 15 minutes of play on Friday afternoon.***Gems – The entire class can earn blue and gold gems as a whole follows the Rules and my expectations together as a class.
