Mental health is not the state of happiness, but its interaction with both positive and negative emotions and moods. People try to develop and balance the different sides of their “self”. Our mental health depends more on our reactions to certain factors and events. So, people who have suffered psychological trauma overcome pain and fear only thanks to their optimistic inner attitude. But what about people who aren't strong enough and are about to ruin their lives? just because they don't have enough internal basis to deal with problems? What if they are alone and don't have the support of other people? Or even sometimes, when everything is in your head and you are so exhausted by these problems and you don't see the way out? What will help all these people, ready to give up or even "say goodbye to life"? We know well the influence of art on our health, both mental and physical. Art has a great effect on our mood (not just positive). Contemplation of works of art helps to relieve tension, stress, get rid of anxiety and get rid of depression. True art is harmonizing our inner world, it helps restore mental balance. Art embodies the greatest capacity for human development. Already in 1890, Vladimir Soloviev, in his work “The General Sense of Art”, came to the conclusion that art as its ultimate goal should realize the absolute ideal not only in the imagination, but should inspire our real life. I know the influences of art on mood and emotional disorders, not only from books. I think everyone has experienced this at least once. Whenever you hear special music that reminds you of the “old days,” you may start to cry or laugh. At most, if it happens by chance. Or when you read a book about someone's hard life – you... middle of paper... classical music is known to help us study, especially Tchaikovsky, it is better for children to sleep with ocean music, but How about another type of music? What do they respond to? It will be my next study. It will help people change their mood instantly. If you listen to the right music at the right time, you feel really good. Things are going right. And you got stronger. Strengths and limitations: Obviously this is not a 100% accurate study, we all have our individual differences. These people were different ages and definitely had different IQs. And music too: someone simply hates music without words, someone never listens to music. So this is a limitation of my study, it cannot be perfect and suitable for everyone. The highlight of my study was the result: people were happy and felt better after good music. They knew they could change everything.
