Participants included doctors and nurses working in the emergency room and inpatient units. First, research assistance would observe healthcare workers in the morning at the start of their rounds to assess their basic disinfection process. After baseline data was collected, bins with alcohol swabs and reminder stickers were placed outside patient rooms. Three weeks passed before the review took place.
