Topic > New Employee Orientation Case Study - 1009

An effective written assessment will focus on the student's ongoing learning objectives identified as part of the internship. Supervisors should take the time to evaluate the student's positive achievements, strengths and weaknesses. If a student is unable to meet learning objectives, suggestions for improvement should be made. Complete an intern evaluation form (see Appendix) midway and at the end of the internship and discuss with the intern. Use this form if your school does not provide the type of form you require. This form can also be downloaded from the ENN staff home page in the Forms section
