Not everything will go smoothly in life .A person may not get the most desired job right away.He or she may have to work for it.One particular job he/she is referring to is the television and film industry.Many people starting out in the business find it difficult to get their foot in the door he television and film industry is considered difficult to penetrate because finding work means knowing people in the industry, not everyone has the same chances of finding a job and people's expectations are high. One of the reasons why the television and film industry is considered difficult to break into is because getting a job means knowing someone. Ryan E. Walters got his first job as a cinematographer from a client of the bank he worked for. He developed a relationship with that manufacturing company customer. Once the relationship had evolved enough, Walters asked to be part of their internship program. They said yes and that was how Walters got his first job. Walters continues to use this strategy, stating that “each new opportunity has come through the relationships I have built” (Walters).
