Some people say that men have more responsibilities than women, but I think it's the exact opposite. Especially in my country women are supposed to do everything. They are expected to clean, cook, work and take care of their family. I think this is courage, and they are doing double the work that men do and that should be applauded. By paying a woman less, people are essentially saying that a woman deserves to be treated with little respect and that it's okay to encourage men to have higher power. There are documents written only on this topic. Many people list their opinions on what they think should happen. Some people explain the reasons why they want to apply it while some people like me totally disagree. According to the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law "The Equal Pay Act was passed June 10, 1963, but was never enacted." (Seneschal 1).
