The future is distinct from the specific natural property, we might not be able to know our future the way we know our natural properties: eyes, arms; and the future may not be “just like ours”, it can be very different even for two normal human beings. The future is unique, perhaps even fixed from the beginning by the generic hereditary or environmental context. The point is that the future is individual, it is difficult to compare and predict the future of any fetus. As a result, Marchese claims a future just like ours and is unable to defend his own
