During our project many tasks were delegated or shared with other team members, which allowed everyone to contribute as much as they could and wanted. Unfortunately, some tasks were not completed until the end of the project due to the Project Manager's failure to delegate to other team members. If all conversations had been delegated early enough, all necessary parts would have been completed sooner. All tasks could be performed by other team members, there was enough time and everyone had the skills or could improve skills by performing the delegated tasks
