Everyone sees it. Everyone can see your pain, but does it help? Everyone has their own problems to worry about, so why should they worry about yours? The cross country team won't care about your soccer woes. Volleyball has to worry about its team. What makes you so special they might ask? What's so special about you? Others have lost a family member. Others suffered. Did I help them? The pain doesn't help. Nobody wants to get hit hard during a football match. No one wants to lose a family member. No one wants to be part of those difficult situations, so why should they help someone and suffer even more? The pain isn't catching the game-winning touchdown. How could I? My quarterback was the only person who trusted me enough to throw me that pass. Without him, can anyone else trust me enough? Without him, I don't have the confidence to finish the relationship to save my company. Without him, I won't save anything. My family may have some faith, but he believed in me no matter what.
