The hospital system they created in Bosnia is very disorganized. Nurses and doctors are very rude and unpleasant. Nuses expect to be given an extra “tip” so that things are actually done correctly. To make an appointment people would have to go to the hospital and make one, unlike here with just one phone call I could easily make an appointment. Not many people have a car in Bosnia due to the large expenses. Taxis are expensive and public transport is always full to the point of leaving you breathless. It's hard for an 87-year-old man to sit in a smoking bus just to get to a hospital. The lifestyle in general is much more difficult for everyone than in here
