Leaders are those who have the ability to inspire others towards a common goal. There are many leadership skills that leaders can learn to lead effectively. These include the ability to serve as a role model and example for followers, be confident and know one's own strengths and weaknesses, ability to listen to others and communicate ideas effectively, engage with others and help delegate and motivate them . Each of the skills will be discussed in more detail below, as well as why they are important and how they are learned. First and foremost, one of the most important skills leaders can learn is to lead by example and serve as a role model for others. . This is because it is an effective way to show others how to properly run a business. One way to lead by example is to imagine yourself as part of a team, helping where needed and making sure the work is clearly understood by the team. To set an example, a leader may already have a specific set of traits in which they believe they are a good leader and how to best lead others; so follow that example and evaluate yourself when dealing with others or you could follow the example of a successful influential figure and lead others by following that example. Secondly, another important leadership skill that leaders can learn is trust. A leader must plan ahead, have confidence and knowledge in what he is doing so that others can trust and follow him. While there may be times when there may be uncertainties and things usually don't go as planned, leaders must be well informed... halfway... the leader can do to create successful organizational change. Usually, when people are asked to behave differently, they need support and feedback to know if they are on the right track. It might also give them motivation to work better and encourage others to follow. Leaders' feedback and attitudes about how to deal with others after a change can determine whether team members remain committed to improvement; therefore, a successful organizational change. To conclude, for leaders to create organizational change, some important factors are needed. First, clearly define the business objectives that the change would achieve. So, understand the culture of the organization and its capabilities. Ultimately, see how the change will impact others, state clear reasons why the change is needed, follow up and monitor others. This can enable leaders to take the necessary steps for successful change.
