An organized classroom is important to have a well-managed classroom. Student safety should always be a teacher's primary concern. There should always be a clear line of sight between the teacher and the students. Students should also be able to see the board, where the objectives of the class should be listed. Transitions between subjects should be as quick and efficient as possible, without unnecessary movement or distractions. Teachers should let students know they care by communicating effectively. Learning students' names and calling them by their first names is a big step. Spending time with students before school and during lunch breaks is also key.
