Finally, administrators are making them accessible as a resource to understand and help workers facing moral problems or who suspect an ethical breakdown. Managers have the responsibility to maintain ethical standards in their behavior and choices. Many managers have an obligation to connect with external partners, such as customers, suppliers, government authorities or group delegates. In those experiences, administrators can be consulted to clarify a choice or an activity organized from a moral point of view. Stakeholders will be intrigued to hear how the association views morality, and in these cases it is the supervisor's obligation to speak up for the good of the organization.
