People were able to communicate effortlessly and deliver messages quickly. Additionally, the automobile allowed people to earn an income more easily by being able to find jobs further away. More importantly, the automobile allowed people to go on vacation. Before the automobile, people were more confined to their homes and neighborhoods. After the automobile, families were able to take trips to new places which often improved the family unit. The automobile is such a successful invention that the technology will continue to evolve in the future; eventually, there will be better ways to travel and people will have the ability to experience things faster than ever before
