As we know, microbes can be classified into different categories such as viruses, bacteria, protozoa, yeasts and molds. All of these microbes are beneficial and some are harmful. Beneficial microbes are necessary because they can provide some applications in different industries and environments. For the food industry, Saccharomyces cereviae (yeast) is used in the production of bread and alcoholic beverages. Cheese production is generated by Lactobacillus lactis. Besides that, microbes like Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter are involved in the nitrification process and Bacillus ramosus is involved in
