We still see this racism happening today with police brutality targeting African-Americans and Mexicans making them prime suspects for criminal activity. Our presidential candidate blames African Americans and Mexicans for our high crime rate. Part of Trump's solution to making America great again is to bring back stop and frisk and get rid of all Mexicans through deportation. The only thing Mexicans do is do the jobs Americans won't take. What they do is a form of slave labor because they work long hours for minimal pay. One thing that makes me wonder is: who will work in the fields if all the Mexicans are deported? If Mexicans were not wanted here then why every year Mexican men are given temporary work visas to work in the US and most of them are usually recruited to work in the US?
