Bella is forced to decide between Edward and her mortality: both decisions could be considered courageous. Obviously if she stays with Edward she will have to leave her family and friends behind, constantly moving so as not to be noticed by those around her. This seems to be the bravest choice, however, leaving Edward would mean leaving the love of her life. Bella allows this to consume her and, unable to function properly, she is eventually taken to another man. Harry Potter demonstrates the importance of courage countless times. In the seventh episode Harry, Ron and Hermione are hunting the Horcruxes, pieces of Lord Voldemort's soul, when Ron becomes agitated. He throws a tantrum and leaves Harry and Hermione.
