Our weight may not always be what it seems There are many diets used today, some have proven to be healthy while others have proven to be unhealthy. Natalie, like many other people, gives diets an unrealistic expectation when it comes to losing weight. People want to believe that eating fewer calories will help them lose weight, but some never stop to consider what can happen to the body when they eat fewer calories than recommended. We also need to take a look at foods that contain chemicals known to cause cancer. Natalie also expected this as she writes that she saw sudden weight loss at first, but she didn't explain that when you start the diet you actually lose a few pounds. of water weight before lbs. they begin to slowly come apart. During this time people start to see less and less progress and often stop because they don't see the desired results. Once he stopped struggling with his weight and simply chewed, swallowed and continued in full consciousness” (Kusz, 2002). Mary Maxfield said: “Have faith in yourself. Trust your body. Meet your needs” (Graff, 2015) and once she did this, Natalie felt she had become fitter than ever.
