Once an individual becomes an educator, it is their duty to coach and help demonstrate as mentors. Mentors are then involved in key aspects of student growth where the art of learning never ends, especially for the teacher. Teachers can use a lesson plan to facilitate student learning in which students collaborate with their mentors to establish a relationship with the mentors and then teachers and students become active participants in the learning community. There is always something to learn from students, other educators, and the world at large. Commitment is at hand to establish a clear baseline between students and teachers. The relationship between them helps the educator meet students in times of need. Educators must remain dedicated and treat their students with respect. That's where my philosophical education began. Education becomes the initial foundation of human interaction. I have seen student-centered philosophies and would consider myself to have somewhat of a combination of progressivism, constructivism, and humanism philosophies in the classroom. From my personal experience, I have found that students have a great impact on how much teachers appreciate them and recognize the art of teaching. To this day I enjoy being in class knowing that the instructor likes what he is doing and how he is doing it. My former children from my past daycare job loved when I ran the summer program because I stayed in touch with them and interacted with my class a lot. I have realized that teachers who have stable, healthy relationships with their students are more successful where students tend to take pride in... middle of paper... curriculum, I would prefer teachings on everyday issues that students may have need for future experiences. For example, I would like professors or teachers to tell a story based on their personal experience related to the topic. Not only does it make the lesson fun and more interesting, but it also makes you as a student think that this teacher is trustworthy and knows what he is articulating. I think teaching and learning becomes a mutual development between the student and the teacher so it must form a partnership. Education should be one of the most important factors in student learning and development. It enriches the process of continuous growth for them. Every child has the ability to learn. I believe that the purposes of education go beyond and are essential for students to not only lead successful lives, but also live life.
