The system will also notify candidates of updates in the Ford hiring process. The system will allow recruiters to configure and update pre-screening questions and will help select the right candidate by automatically matching/ranking/scoring qualified candidates. The system will provide recruiters with tools that can edit job criteria after the position is posted and view all positions for which a candidate has applied. Recruiters can also view the list of all candidates who have applied for a specific vacancy and can schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Recruiters will have the ability to manage and monitor the job posting process and order background checks and drug screenings. They can turn in and receive updated intake forms from new hires. They can run standard and ad hoc reports to support business metrics.
