Organizations like the IMF and WTO serve the interests of richer countries or countries that can provide large amounts of capital to ensure they are able to do their jobs. However, they were created to ensure fair trade between all countries, but our WTO funds allow us to be able to have more trade personnel from the United States which could drive influence and economic prosperity when it comes to negotiations. It is also much worse for smaller countries that do not have WTO staff and are sometimes forced to comply with WTO demands due to their lack of influence. Furthermore, the WTO or World Trade Organizations, for example, create trade policies that allow us to export our goods to growing markets and low-cost imports. Another global organization that helps us prosper is the IMF. The IMF, also recognized as the International Monetary Fund Organization, also serves the interests of richer nations. To be specific, the IMF, which acts as a world bank, lends developing countries money to help them become a richer nation. However, states have to repay the loan with interest. If they don't, many richer states are able to take resources they believe will repay the debt. This includes key resources such as water. (Compromises of 4
