Coming from a time in my life filled with uncontrollable depression, anxiety, and panic attacks, I have learned and grown a lot as an individual. Even though I have my days off, I can usually manage my negative thoughts well and keep the positive ones rationally. By fighting my pessimism honestly and immediately when it happens, it strengthens my control over my thoughts. Additionally, I believe I have become a self-aware friend by actively communicating with myself and regularly analyzing my actions. As long as I keep flitting in the same direction and take one sip of nectar at a time, mindfulness will continue to help myself and my relationships improve.
