In recent decades the world has evolved and with it humanity. Human beings have existed on earth for a very long time. By society we mean a place where many individuals live together. Society and people depend on each other and cannot exist without the absence of the other. In a society there are many laws which are legal and also moral. These laws govern the people and impose required sanctions on the people who violate any law in the society. By law we mean rules and regulations that people are required to follow and will be punished if they don't. Law is that through which order and peace are maintained in a society, otherwise there would be absolute disorder and chaos. In India, before the arrival of the English, religion was the only source of law; It was after their arrival that the law was properly codified. Our country gained independence in 1947 and the Constitution of India was adopted in 1950. Our Constitution is the final and supreme law of the land. There were also many legislations introduced by the British such as Transfer of Property Act, Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and many more, each of these laws applies to every citizen of India. The important purpose of criminal law is to safeguard civilization from criminals and transgressors. To this end, the law provides threats of punishment for future offenders as well as efforts to ensure that the offender himself suffers the punishment required for the crimes committed. Our criminal procedure law is largely confined to the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which came into force from 1 April 1974. It provides the mechanism for detection of wrongdoing, arrest... middle of paper. .. .identify that its main responsibility is not to punish, but to entertain and transform the criminal and above all it would evidently be agreed that socialization is not indistinguishable from punishment, since it includes deterrence, teaching, maintenance and reinstatement on the agenda of community defense. Therefore, we ultimately see that the rule of law controls the official of every structure of the state mechanism, including the agency responsible for conducting prosecution and examination, which should be limited within the four junctions of the law. Therefore, if a doctor treats his suffering patient as a human being and not as a client or a protector, he can more successfully free himself from his responsibility. It also works for a lawyer, for a police officer and for any other profession.
