Throughout history, several events have shaped and shaped our country. We faced horrible depressions, segregation, and many wars. But we always managed to remain united, to fight and to seek the most positive results. Our country has been shaped through many wonderful presidents and also many social and cultural events. I don't think they can be summed up in one specific event that changed America. I believe there are many events that are gravely significant. Some of the greatest presidents who helped transform our country are Wilson, Roosevelt, Taft, Eisenhower, Johnson, and Nixon. Each of these presidents had certain wishes planned for our country. And each of them had their own way of acting. I believe many of these events and leaders can be considered "watershed" because they were all such drastic and important moments throughout our history. These events and leaders have influenced people of all races and ages to do bigger and better things. I believe many of these events and leaders gave our country the courage and backbone we needed. Our country has gone from being a great country to being an even greater country. All of these events and leaders have helped shape and define our country into the country it is today. Of course, not all events had an immediate positive outcome, and sometimes a positive outcome did not always result. We have been through very bad times, but we have always tried our best to come out of those bad times and get back up. We have gone through many wars and depression, but this did not stop us, we did not give up. This is why we are what we are today.
