Due to cultural difference, for example, in India and China, where families are poor and need an additional source of income, children are willing to work to earn some money. In both countries, the situation where children go to work at an early age to support the family is a common situation for them. Russia, on the other hand, does not have significant problems with child labor like China and India. All countries have laws that profit from child labor, age verification should be followed in the three countries, which makes it more difficult to have the same code because children in India can work from the age of 14, in China to 16 years and in Russia as in China. Since the multinational establishing a code on child labor is important, it must however continue to think that the cultural complexity of China and India makes it difficult to implement.
