Legalization will allow monitoring of health issues and allow for the establishment of guidelines, unions and safety nets. It will be easier to establish regular health checks, registration of health standards, abortion clinics, etc. specifically for these women. There are mandatory condom use laws in Nevada's 11 counties, and no full-time prostitute has tested positive for HIV since 1986.
