Topic > The Kashmir Cause - 1027

I often think about why the people of Kashmir have been denied the right to self-determination. Because they were sold like a commodity. Did they not possess the status of human beings? Were they not part of united India like other Muslims of India? When a rule of democracy and self-determination was followed by the people of every part of the country, how come this rule was no longer available to this part of India? Does everyone know that Muslims of India were not willing to coexist with prejudiced Hindus? majority due to their hypocritical character, pagan ideologies and lack of belief in the Day of Judgment. The Muslims of India had realized this fact. The two-nation theory was the result of their feelings. The Muslim League was founded by the Muslims of India in 1906. Allama Iqbal promulgated the idea of a separate piece of land for the Muslims of India in 1930. This idea of an independent state was approved by the Muslims of all India in March 1940 through Pakistan Lahore Resolution. The idea of an independent state in the territories where Muslims were in majority was also accepted and supported by the British Government of India in June 1943. All these facts are documented and no one can deny it. If democracy was the rule, if the aspirations of the majority of the people were the rule, as the peoples of the world accept today and under which the Government of India acceded and annexed the two Muslim princely states of Junagadh and Hyderabad to their dominion, then why were the people of Kashmir not allowed to exercise the same. This proves that the Muslims of India were right in their thinking about Hindu hypocrisy, prejudice and selfishness. Kashmir has been a Muslim-majority territory for centuries with a 94% Muslim population. F unjust means to prolong the illegal occupation of held Kashmiris, such as armed forces with extraordinary authorities to curb the protest of the people. Pakistan continued to support the cause of Kashmir. From day one to today, every popular leader of Pakistan has strived to ensure that the people of Kashmir have the right to self-determination. Quaid e Azam, Shaeed Liaquat Ali Khan and Shaheed ZA Bhutto declared that Pakistan will fight for a thousand years Shaheed BB declared February 5 as Kashmir Solidarity Day. Nawaz Sharif is determined to fight at every level for the cause of Kashmir. The Special Parliamentary Commission on Kashmir was also established to achieve the same objective. Pakistan believes that the status quo cannot be considered a solution and insists on a plebiscite as enshrined in UN resolutions.
