Topic > Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels - 1928

Today, Karl Marx is still considered one of the most significant and influential thinkers of all time. Karl Marx with the help of Engel, who was also a political philosopher, were the fathers of communism or socialism which was almost successfully established in Russia. They provided a complex and philosophical analysis of capitalist societies that is still influencing major changes in societies. Marx opposed the principles of capitalism and believed that it was an economic system controlled by workers who exchanged the labor of their land for money. Engels and Marx also discussed the exploitation of the working class and the interests of capitalists impacting the proletarians. The alienation of man is another reason why Marx opposes capitalism which causes human beings to deny their true nature. Class division has existed since ancient times, which Marx and Engels opposed, because in capitalist societies it leads to an unequal division of income and well-being. In modern capitalist societies, Marx's criticisms still seem to be relevant, as class division exists and inequality in distribution and well-being exists until now most seen in countries like Great Britain or the United States. Marx's view in capitalist society is that Capitalism is an economic system in which production is carried out by employees working with different means of production that belong to their employer. Engels and Marx's view is that capitalism is a class-divided society, where people are separated into different classes. In a capitalist society there are two categories of people, those who have actual private property and others who have no property. In the Communist Manifesto Marx describes the first capital as bourgeoisie and the second as bourgeoisie... middle of paper... includes other social classes. Workforce causes capitalists to take advantage of proletarians who own nothing and work for them to survive. In capitalist societies there is inequality in income between rich and poor, especially in wages and the distribution of money. Marx also supports the exploitation of the working class by the bourgeois and seeks to maintain the surplus value that benefits them. Capitalist is a system of class struggles to survive, creates conflicts between others and humans see other humans as competitions. As I already said, criticisms of Marx are still relevant in capitalist societies, for example in the United States, where there is a lot of inequality and different classes. Therefore Marx's views on capitalism can be considered correct for most viewers and until now other researchers seem to agree with Marx and Engels..
