During this experience, I learned several interesting things about being Romanian and its culture. There were three facts about Romania expressed during our conversation that really struck me. First of all, the name Romania comes from the Latin word Romanus, meaning citizen of the Roman Empire. Secondly, the Romanian Parliament Building in Bucharest is the second largest building in the world. Thirdly, there are large amounts of stray dogs roaming the streets of Romania. These dogs are similar to wolves and create a scary atmosphere of being bitten every day
