1 IntroductionNowadays, the world is facing a completely new market and rapidly changing economic environment with the trend of globalization and innovative technological aspect. Furthermore, the rise of the BRIC countries which are shaping and influencing the structure of the current economic environment cannot be overlooked. As an agent fighting for survival, knowledge of strategy and economics should be treated as the cornerstone to build a path that adapts to the ever-changing business environment and personal career pursuit. In this essay, SWOT analysis will be used to process the personal situation in the new business environment. Furthermore, with the analysis of knowledge of strategy and economics, my practical case will be written in order to draw a connection framework with the company in question.2 Lessons Strategy and EconomicsFirst of all, as a basis for opening a new career, Strategy knowledge is a key tool to dismantle the complex external environment and existing resources controlled internally by companies, so it provides a clear vision to combine them together effectively. Some companies believe that the most valuable knowledge is the tacit knowledge that exists within the company. (Quinn, Anderson, and Finkelstein 1996). While it is recommended that organizations perform a knowledge-based SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis, comparing their knowledge with that of competitors and with the knowledge required to execute their strategy (Zack 1998). For example, a company's distribution channel, mature customer database, and advanced manufacturing technology can be viewed as advantageous assets. Therefore, an additional market questionnaire is needed to learn more about this market and customer purchasing trends. Local competitors represent another big challenge for us. This also requires us to focus more on service and monitoring issues through broad application in IT skills in planning and monitoring, etc.5. ConclusionSome companies believe that the most valuable knowledge is the tacit knowledge that exists within the company. The prescriptive approach view believes that the future can be predicted and decisions can be made in the long term. Professionally, we have competent mathematical and language skills. And I expect my job position could be as a logistics manager in China, as I would set up a logistics company with my partners studying a logistics course.
