When I started learning English it was by far the hardest thing I had ever done in my entire life. I had to test my brain over and over with various study activities like making flashcards, reading lots of books, puzzles, etc. It is important for a person to maintain a healthy mindset when he wants to learn something new or retain information in the brain, to take care of the brain a person should drink a lot of water, a person needs proteins, carbohydrates and maintain the right amount of diet.
