Being able to work with other people is extremely important. You start learning to work with others when you start elementary school, where you are told to work in groups with other people to complete a specific task. They continue to teach teamwork throughout high school, which is a necessity when entering the real world. When you get a job, you will always have to work and collaborate with other people to be successful in the workplace. You have to work as a team not only at school and work, but also with your friends and family. I developed the profile of my team members based on how my family and I work together. I live with my mother, father and brother. All four of us play an important role as family members. Since my parents work, pay the bills, and make sure my brother and I are fed every day, it's my brother's and my job to do most of the cleaning. We each clean our bedroom and bathroom, then we take turns doing the other chores. He will work in the garden for a week while I do the housework, then we will switch off.
