Parents often did not have time to communicate with their children and left them free to use social media uncontrollably. This needs to be changed and parents need to start communicating with their children more often and start monitoring their activity. Parents must try to teach their children and give them examples of how we must communicate and keep our interconnectedness alive. They should have at least an hour a day, perhaps at dinner, when they can sit and talk with the children without playing on their cell phones or watching TV. When families go out for dinner or just for a walk, they should communicate with each other and be more open to new things
