Evaluate the effectiveness of the ethics program after implementation: on the first Monday of each month, our ethics and quality management team sends evaluation questionnaires to employees and collaborators in an attempt to collect data. Additionally, the team will eliminate all active employee activities such as phone calls, online activities and everything related to their duty. Once all employees have submitted their responses and all tasks have gone through the system, the team evaluates the results and creates an official monthly evaluation statement which is then presented at the monthly department meeting. During the meeting, the ethics and quality management team will express concerns, praise the success and offer some suggestions on how to improve certain areas. The importance of such assessments is to reinforce the presence of ethical behavior in the workplace and to minimize any possibility of doing so
