The second part of the value chain that includes support activities, including the organization's culture, structure and strategies, is called value-added support strategy. Ideally, this part of the portion is important for the strategy to be consciously aligned in order to achieve all strategies. Since the lower part of the strategy is the plan which results from the competitive strength and weaknesses, where it allows the organization to have the superior advantage to make changes in its plan and eliminate the possible future negative outcome that may occur on the organization in the support activities.
