A good diet is important for your body, skin, hair and teeth. Foods such as dairy products, fruits, meat and potatoes contain vitamins A, B and C. You should eat healthy, for example, you should eat lots of vegetables, fruits and nuts. Too much sugar or fat is bad for your health. To stay healthy you should get plenty of exercise and not smoke. In my opinion I'm not that healthy because I eat unhealthy, but I exercise a lot. Usually, I eat bacon bread with margarine for breakfast, but sometimes I eat a big bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with milk. I also drink a glass of orange juice every day, which is very healthy because it contains vitamin C. Sometimes for lunch I eat a ham sandwich with margarine, chips and a bar of chocolate. I think it's not that healthy because it contains a lot of fat and little vitamins. Then for dinner I have french fries, chicken and baked beans. It's obvious that I don't eat healthy enough. I like doing sports. For example, I play football three times a week. I will jog for an hour every day to further improve my fitness. I also play hockey for Woking Hockey Club and last Sunday I played a tournament in Southampton with 16 other teams. Woking finished third. I also play sports at school in physical education lessons.
