IntroductionWhen we talk about poverty, we always relate poverty to poor living conditions or a low standard of living. Poverty is a problem that affects the whole world, especially developing countries. We know the problems of poverty by reading newspapers and watching television. In general, poverty is known as lack of money, food and shelter. But different people's perception of poverty is different. In Malaysia, as a developing country, poverty is an inevitable problem. Poverty increases when the standard of living increases. As we all know, many families are unable to meet their basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter. Therefore, they face many different problems and challenges that sustain their life. According to some, the rich live in urban areas and the poor live in rural areas. Poverty, however, is linked to villages. The public community's perception of people living in villages is that of people with a low level of education and low income. They engage in agriculture, aquaculture and agricultural sector. At the same time, these sectors are still in small-scale and small-farm conditions. Furthermore, families live with a minimal standard of living due to limited ability to earn money. Due to the low level of education, the income for the family is instability and low income. However, a poor family has positive effects on their children, especially on academic performance at school. If you make a comparison between rich students and poor students, the highest academic results are always awarded to rich students. It is clearly seen that the financial background of the family is important in influencing the academic performance of children in school. Education is considered important for students' future. Get good results in... middle of paper... breakfast is not necessary, rather save parents money to buy breakfast. Therefore, such students go to school in conditions of hunger. Due to this situation, I am unable to concentrate or even concentrate in studying. Tiredness and hunger cause them to have poor concentration when studying. However, poor families cannot help them study or revise because they have a low level of education or lack of knowledge. In order to improve their academic results, sending their children to attend classes will be the best choice. But the financial problem, the payment of university fees, is also taken into consideration. On the contrary, poor families strongly encourage their children to work rather than study. It is a solution to family financial problems through money support from children. In this case, it is more difficult for students to find a balance between study and work. Education was ignored by their family.
