AJ Hackett takes care of its employees by providing them with food; this is done 3 or 4 times in winter to keep employees happy and motivate them to come to work even when it's cold. After 3 years of working with the company they give their employees $500.00, after 5 years they give you $1000.00 for free. They give gifts to their employees on the first day of every year they are still with AJ Hackett. They also give their employees free tickets to attractions; gifts for Christmas and Easter training is also given. AJ Hackett handles complaints efficiently by speaking face to face with the customer if they have a problem and offering a refund or another skip. If they have left the site, they will email the customer and offer the same product or refund. AJ Hackett does assessments 30, 60 and 90 days into the employee journey, then 6 months later and then annually they will do an assessment. I think AJ Hackett would be a great company to work for because they take care of their staff very well and offer great rewards for working for the company. One of the biggest health and safety risks on site is the staircase as it is designed to look like a bungee cord bouncing backwards, this is due to customers becoming distracted looking around and not concentrating on walking down the stairs and end up tripping or falling
