This case study, or artifact, was chosen because it truly fulfilled all the various parts of the course outcome. In writing my recommendation I took into consideration the ethical codes and guidelines of the mediation profession, my personal moral principles, the moral principles of society and my party. It was thanks to this combination and this careful balance that I managed to create a professional ethical approach suitable for me, the mediation profession and conflict.
