The government needs to pay attention to this problem because the circus is depriving animals of the right to live freely. But citizens must also help the government solve this problem together. As an audience we don't know how tough the animal circus behind the show is. Being circus animals, they were exploited. Because no animal can benefit from it if it is still exploited. According to the Daily Gleaner (2000, p.12) it is seen that “circus elephants are totally, neurotically crazy. They have no life. All their natural behavior is hindered." At least the government must ensure that circus animals are treated well and must improve law enforcement
