1. IntroductionTeacher evaluation can be divided into two phases. The first step is to document the quality of the teacher's performance, while the second step is to help the teacher improve his or her teaching performance (ref). Teacher evaluations appear to be useful for both the teacher and the evaluator (ref). Therefore, the role of evaluators is to make the evaluation process a meaningful experience by providing useful feedback on the needs of the classroom and the opportunity to learn new teaching techniques to make changes in the classroom. This article includes a description of an observation tool that I used to write a reflective report on two teachers' classroom management and professional development plan.2. Observation ToolI chose Classroom Management Tool which is adapted from a classroom management evaluation tool by Luisa Mir from the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of the Balearic Islands. The original tool has two columns: criteria and performance grades (see Figure 1). I have added some changes to this tool. For example, I added the “comments” column, I numbered the keys for each performance grade (see Figure 2) because it will help evaluate the teacher's performance level in each classroom management skill. Therefore, the main purpose of this tool is to record the actions listed on the observation tool during observation. Furthermore, the adapted tool has interpretation space to support each action with notes that can be written in the comments part after evaluating the teacher's performance level in each classroom management statement. So this observation tool is between quantitative and qualitative... half of the paper... for you management is not a problem. He asked me to observe and evaluate his classroom management because he wants to know why the principal reduced his grades last year in the final report on the area of classroom management?. She said the principal made his comments about classroom management while she did not need any feedback on this area. I think my tool needs some modifications to fit this observation case. I used the same tool, but changed it to checklist style. In other words, I used 'Yes' and 'No' instead of using 'P, S,G &E' (see figure 4). In my opinion, the checklist is appropriate for this type of observation because, as (ref) stated, the checklist is very useful for teachers, even experienced ones who usually refuse to apply it claiming that they know them all and that they cannot change their way of thinking. own teaching styles.
