Building one, architecturally is considered associated with Brutalism architecture. Brutalism is a geometric style with a massive, boxy appearance. It usually contains an extreme amount of poured concrete. The style became more notable in the mid-1970s and first introduced by Le Corbusier. As an architect and designer who showed a trend of design in its simplest and rawest form, Le Corbusier brought equal attention to Brutalism with the design of his Secretariat Building in India. *The Miami Dade College campus is composed of Brutalist architecture. However, just because the architectural design may contain raw materials such as concrete slabs, does not mean that it cannot be pleasingly aesthetic. Conformity of rhythm, texture, and even ornamentation can create a pleasing aesthetic for a design. Aesthetics is a set of principles involving nature and the appreciation of its splendor. Building one creates moments of amazement in me due to the choice of materials, positioning and functionality. The building contains sedimentary stones embedded in the exterior walls of the building. This distributes a natural and contented impression towards the construction. Create an element of invitation towards the viewer. Sedimentary rock is not only embedded in the walls, but is also placed strikingly around the structure, thus contributing to that natural feel. Outside the building there are plants and trees also in an environmental sense. In o...... in the center of the map......y this naturalistic area. The building is quite congruent in space, divided only by the only two entrances to the building. The circulation in this design is moderately simplistic as the corresponding angles are completely identical. Symmetry is used as an aesthetic element to express the calm environment it should be. This systematic expression can be found throughout the structure. Whether it is the windows, the set of stairs and even the columns, simplicity is awarded.*Building one expresses the beginning and beginning of a magnificent campus. The open area for socializing and camaraderie shows what this campus is all about; Unity, diversity and dialogue.
