IntroductionBrain drain is the phenomenon in which highly skilled individuals migrate from developing countries to developed countries to pursue a more unique lifestyle. However, their exodus put the country at a severe disadvantage, contributing to the country's backwardness when they deprived it of its most unique natural resources. In other words, educated and talented people are becoming scarce. The negative consequences of brain drain on Africa require much attention or not, as Dr. Lalla Ben Barka (Deputy Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa) (ECA) states: “African governments have a great responsibility in ensuring that brains remain on the continent; otherwise, in 25 years, Africa will be empty of brains”. (A-RA) Unfortunately brain drain has no right or wrong perspective; it is that type of crime that has no culprit but at the same time everyone contributes to it. If we deny the patriotism of effective individuals who travel abroad for work or education and never return, as if they were people who do not care about the well-being of their country, a quick response in return from them would be “why should we decide to make a difference in our country as we will not be rewarded with a certain lifestyle suited to our work efforts.” Brain drain is therefore more of a moral issue where we must consider every aspect of the phenomenon to reach a fair solution. Literature ReviewOne of the major movements to combat brain drain is The African Renaissance Ambassador (A-RA), which helps Africa's development reduces brain drain and helps preserve Africa's most precious resource, its potential human. It collects and publishes...... middle of paper ......create an infrastructure that helps people living abroad develop and innovate. It's a moral question, it depends on how you look at it. We can talk about the major disadvantages of brain drain and how these people deprive their countries of development, but in return we cannot force them to remain in an environment where their presence is not rewarded by anything. Through this article and the search for solutions to brain drain, I have noticed that brain drain is not a disease but is a symptom of a serious disease caused by the accumulation of poverty, lack of education, social injustice, corruption and many more unresolved issues over the years. If we want to fight brain drain and defeat it, we must fight the source of the problem and eradicate it from the roots, otherwise all our discoveries and research will be poor.
