Conclusions 3.1 Lack of leadership plays a huge role in Julie Crandell's situation. Due to the absence of a feedback system in the company, Julie Crandell does not know what motivates employees or the reasons for their communication problems. This has led to a lack of productivity in the company and communication problems between departments, managers and workers. 3.2 There is inadequate and ambiguous communication in the organization's upward flow channels. Problems and exceptions, suggestions for improvements, performance reports, disputes and complaints, and financial and accounting information are not communicated clearly, and inexperienced managers have difficulty keeping their department working efficiently and in sync with other departments a cause of this communication problem.3.3The failure of departments to communicate with each other is due to horizontal communication dilemmas.
