On the web, website listings are maintained on customer contacts to facilitate future and quick tracking. Radio and television advertisements have few long-term effects because the news moves quickly and the advertisements are broadcast seasonally. On the other hand, audio and video files can always be accessed easily on the web. Businesses are able to reach international customers who access the website since online marketing is not limited geographically. Traditional marketing could only reach a small geographic area or only local customers. Thanks to the wide coverage, web marketing is the best solution for international marketing. Traditional marketing is expensive, for example television broadcasts are expensive due to their widespread use by consumers. Internet marketing is faster and cheaper because an organization uses its website to display product images and insert videos that can be presented to customers. A manager should ensure that the suppliers he deals with are on time in delivery and committed to resolving any complaints that may arise. Customer satisfaction is important for organizations as this leads to customer loyalty for repeat purchases and new referrals. For any organization, retaining customers is easier than attracting new ones and keeping them.
